Manta Ray Fam!

We’re excited to offer limited edition 2025 Harpers Mill Manta Rays Champs shirts—but we’re on a very tight deadline, so please take a moment to review the details below carefully.

Order Deadline:
All orders and payments must be received by Tuesday, July 15th at 4:00 PM.
I know this is a very quick turnaround, and I truly apologize for the short notice. (We promise to have a longer lead time next year!)

Shirt Information:

• Available in Adult and Youth sizes (YS-YXL and S-2XL)
• Same lightweight, breathable material as our team sponsorship shirts—perfect for wearing at Champs
• $22 per shirt, regardless of size
• The back of the shirt will feature the Champs design along with the names of all swimmers who qualified

How to Order:

1. Send payment via Venmo to @MantaRays25
2. In the Venmo comment, include your shirt size(s)
   • If you are ordering a youth size, please write a "Y" in front of the size (e.g., YS, YM, YL)

Delivery Timeline:
With the fast turnaround, shirts will arrive in Harpers Mill next weekend, in time for both Champs dates.

Warm-Up Shirts at Champs:
If you purchase a shirt for your swimmer, they are allowed to wear it as their warm-up shirt at Champs (please make sure their name is written on the inside tag).
If you choose not to purchase one, swimmers should wear their regular blue sponsorship shirt.

It would look amazing to see a pod of gray shirts in the stands and on deck, proudly representing our team!
